Venue

The workshops and evening dance will be held at Langtree School, Woodcote, Reading, RG8 0RA. Doors will open at 9.00 am on Saturday.

Woodcote is north of Caversham/Reading just off A4074 (this road runs from Reading to Oxford via Wallingford).

There is plenty of parking on site.

Workshops

Saturday

Doors open at 9.00 am and the first workshop will begin promptly at 10.00. We will take a short break sometime during the morning and break for lunch at around 12.30 pm. The second workshop will start at 2.00 pm and finish around 5.00 pm with another break sometime during the afternoon.

Sunday

Doors open at 9.30 am and the first workshop will begin promptly at 10.00. We will take a short break sometime during the morning and break for lunch at around 12.30 pm. The second workshop will start at 2.00 pm and finish at 4.30 pm and will be followed by a tea dance.

Food

We will provide coffee, tea and fruit teas as well as snacks to keep you going through the workshops. We will also provide a salad, cold meat and quiche based lunch. We will cater for vegetarians (please make yourselves know to us) but if you have other dietary requirements, please bring anything you may need to supplement this lunch.

Evening Dance

The evening dance will start at 8.30 pm and finish at midnight.
Non- alcoholic cocktails will be provided free at the dance.
