Arrival & Reception
On arrival please report to our reception desk in the entrance foyer which will be manned from 9.00am onwards. Workshops will start promptly at 10.00am.
Car Parking
There are plenty of parking spaces in the car park outside the Calcot Centre and there is an overflow car park a short distance away.
Workshops
The workshop timetable is attached. Each session will last for 2 ½ hours, with breaks for drinks and snacks.

Food
A buffet lunch will be served in the Committee Room next door to the Main Hall from 12.30pm on both days.
Videoing
Please do not video during the workshops – the teachers are more than happy to go through what they have taught after each workshop for videoing purposes, provided these are for personal use only and are not posted on the internet.
BALBOA DANCE: Saturday 4 April 2009, 8.00 pm until 11.30 pm
Calcot Centre
Our evening DJs are Mel Calanglang and Brian Anthony of Dan’s Friday class fame and we will try and entice a couple of guests to do a slot too. There will be a free non-alcoholic (sadly) cocktail bar at the dance but please feel free to bring along your alcoholic tipple of choice. Water will be provided.
