Classes Resume this week

Hope you had a great Christmas break.
All Jazzed Up Swing Classes start back on Tuesday 10 January from 7.30 pm at the Reading Canoe Club.
Unfortunately, we have had to discontinue our classes at Henley Town Hall on Wednesdays. However, we are seeking a new venue and will start classes again as soon as this is sorted.

Last All Jazzed Up class of 2011 tonight from 7.30 pm. Rumour has it there will be cake! We return after the Christmas break on Tuesday 10 January.

No more Swing Classes in Henley until after Christmas

Just to let you know that we cannot hire the Henley Town Hall for the next couple of weeks so we will not be holding a swing dance (balbo class) there until the New Year.

Mel Calanglang to teach this week's Balboa Class, Wednesday 26 October

Frenchie (Toulouse) Balboa, Paris Balboa Competition Winner and all round spiffin' Balboa Teacher MEL CALANGLANG will teach this week's bal class at Henley Town Hall.

We occasionally invite guest teachers along to our Wednesday Balboa Class and this week we are delighted to be joined by MEL CALANGLANG!. This is a fabulous opportunity to learn from one of the UK's internationally recognized bal dancers and teacher so we hope a number of you will join us. Classes start at 7.30 pm with absolute beginners; the beginners/improvers class starts at 8.10 pm and we hold an intermediate/adavanced class from 9.00 pm. You have a chance to social dance between classes and at the end of the evening. Price is £7.00. Details are on the "Classes" page of our website.

Balboa Bonanza at Reading Canoe Club Sunday 2 October

Four hours of balboa workshops and social dancing at our beautiful riverside location for 2.00 pm until 6.00 pm this afternoon - Sunday 2 October. £10.00/head. Looking forward to seeing you there!
